At the recent International Conference on Aesthetic Medicine, organized by DERMAGENETIC, a company known for its pioneering, scientific approach to aesthetics, I learned something so exciting – It’s time to enter a … quantum approach to aesthetics!

Since this theory is based on quantum physics, we will start simple: What is quantum physics? In very simple words, it is physics that explains how everything around us works! It is the best description we have of the nature of the particles that make up matter and the forces with which they interact.

In the new age of quantum aesthetics, cosmetics are activated in special machines (just like homeopathic medicines) and the skin learns to “choose” what will let it penetrate and what will not! The true brain of the cell is the cell membrane and not the nucleus as we thought and it will decide what the cell will accept and what it will not.

This theory went one step further with studies based on the 2019 Nobel Prize in Physiology or Medicine, which studied how cells feel and adapt to oxygen availability! The need for oxygen to sustain life has been understood since the beginning of modern biology, but the molecular mechanisms governing how cells adapt to changes in oxygenation were unknown.

To put it simple words: By changing the amount of oxygen in the cell, we force it to adapt to very basic processes such as cell metabolism and tissue repair!

Quantum physics is based on how atoms work (the smallest particles that make up matter) and therefore why chemistry and biology work as we know them! We all dance to the quantum melody, everything around us is an energy vibration, so our cells respond to such changes in their energy and environment! It all has to do with interaction.
