Last but not least, MF DAY SPA Gift Coupons are not exchanged for money.

Changes To exchange your Gift, you must send your Coupon to MF DAY SPA within 10 days of the day of purchase, as long as you have not already booked a Date for the Experience. Attention! You must also send us your email address and your contact details along with your coupon so that we can contact you if necessary.
As soon as we receive the coupon, we will email you a gift voucher with a Code, which corresponds to the value of the Experience and has a validity of 6 months. Cancellations
Once you arrange a date for your Experience with the vendor, you also accept the terms of the vendor regarding the cancellation of this date. Since the date is set, it cannot be changed unless the supplier deems it necessary and feasible. If you want to change the date and this is not feasible on the supplier’s side, there is no refund.
