Mask with black chocolate (2)

Components:
• 2 black chocolate bars (with more than 70% cocoa)
• 150 ml. milk (preferably hot)
• 1 teaspoon of sea salt

Instructions:
1. Heat the milk (optional, but I think it works better) and stir it with the salt of the sea.
2. Lubricate the chocolate bars in the microwave oven or in a boiler. You can also cut them in small pieces in advance if you want to melt faster.
3. Mix the chocolate with the milk-salt mixture. Stir well.
4. Allow the mixture to cool down a little. Be careful, it must be cool, but do not let it harden!
5. Apply the mixture all over the face and neck with fingers, brush or wooden stick.
6. Leave the mask on your face until the mixture cure completely (about 15 minutes.)
7. Wash your face with hot water or with a muffin cloth. I like to use hot cloth as it moves away, I feel like, but it’s absolutely up to you.
8. Continue with your favorite moisturizer and enjoy your lovely soft and shiny skin! :)

Mask with black chocolate and honey

Components:
• 1/8 cup of pure, organic honey
• 3 – 5 square dark chocolate, melted
• 2 teaspoons of oatmeal (you can grind it in a blender)
• 1 tablespoon of Greek yoghurt soup

Instructions:
1. Mix all ingredients in a smooth, creamy paste.
2. Massage on face with gentle, circular motion.
3. Allow 15 minutes and rinse thoroughly with warm water.

Benefits of black chocolate on the skin
Because of its high fat content, black chocolate should be consumed as a part of a healthy diet.
Chocolate contains flavonoids and polyphenols, which are antioxidants that protect your skin and help reduce lines and wrinkles. Black chocolate provides the greatest benefits to health and beauty. When buying chocolate, make sure you check the ingredients of the label. If ingredients contain sugar or milk, you do not get high enough cocoa to get the benefits. Try to buy chocolate with a high cocoa content – at least 70%.
